But at the same time, you are better to exclude certain food from your diet. Consume nor more than 8 grams of salt and 80 grams of confectionery products per day. Avoid soft cheeses, raw meats and eggs, liver, alcohol, caffeine, fish high in mercury (shark, tile-fish, swordfish, blowfish, and king mackerel). Sea fish can cause neurological damage.
At the same time, shellfish and fresh water fish cooked well are very useful for your health. Avoid smoked or raw fish. Inadequately pasteurized milk is often used when making soft cheeses. That is why you should avoid them, as well as raw milk which can contain Listeria. It is harmful for your health. Avoid liver or eat it in very small amounts, because it contains plenty of Vitamin A. It can be harmful for your baby. That is why you should find other ways to get proper amount of it. Raw vegetables or fruits are necessary, but, if they are not washed properly, you can catch infections when eating them. Be very careful!
