That is why you should avoid them, as well as raw milk which can contain Listeria. It is harmful for your health. Avoid liver or eat it in very small amounts, because it contains plenty of Vitamin A. It can be harmful for your baby. That is why you should find other ways to get proper amount of it. Raw vegetables or fruits are necessary, but, if they are not washed properly, you can catch infections when eating them. Be very careful!
